For Students:

• Talk to a health sciences, biomedical, or healthcare adjacent science teacher.
•  Let them know you are interested in HOSA and ask if they would be willing to be your advisor.
• Then have them follow the Advisor steps below!

For Advisors:

• Gain administration approval
• Find a minimum of 5 students interested in becoming affiliated members.
• Submit the appropriate New Chapter form
  • Middle School & High School
  • Postsecondary & Collegiate

State Membership Affiliation Fee :

• Middle School = $10.00
• Secondary = $10.00
• Collegiate = $15.00
• Post Secondary = $15.00
• Advisor = $20.00
• Professional = $20.00

+$10.00 National HOSA Affiliation Fee

Local Chapter Fee:

• Up to the discretion of the local chapter.
